- CLASSES, LESSONS AND FEES (Effective March 1, 2008)
Yearly Club Membership
• Includes unlimited open fencing and scheduling of private lessons.
• $75 per month (or pre-pay your entire year and get one month free).
• $10 discount for each additional family member that joins.
• $45 per month for full time college students (student ID required).
Youth & Adult Beginner Fencing Group Classes
• 1 1/4 hour group classes meet once a week in the evening.
• Cost is $80 per month ($105 per month if fencer uses Club equipment).
• Club membership fee is not required.
• Child must be at least eight years old (or have sufficient prior fencing experience to be approved by the Coach) to join the Youth Beginner class).
Competitive Youth Program / Intermediate Youth Classes
• Need Coach’s approval to join either program.
• Check the Club Hours link from our homepage for information on current class times.
• U.S.F.A. Membership and electric equipment required for Competitive Youth Program.
Private Lessons
• Please contact Club Manager Kathleen for information on private lesson rates and availability.
• Children under eight can be evaluated for private lessons
• Yearly Club Membership is required for all students taking private lessons.
• Pre-paid "punch cards" must be purchased for all private lessons with our coaches. Lesson card are available for blocks of either five, or ten pre-paid lessons.
Floor Fees
• $15 per day.
• For occasional fencers who are not members and who take no private lessons. - $25 non-member floor fee for private lessons
General Information Regarding Membership and Fees:
• We do not charge an initial "initiation" or other upfront fee, but we expect all members to keep yearly dues payments current.
• Club membership dues must be paid by the 5th of the month, or prepaid.
• Dues and lesson fees may be paid by cash or check only.
• The Academy does not accept credit or debit cards at this time.
