We are now open on Fridays and offer six days a week of open bouting. New classes include beginning fencing classes for 8-12 year old's, adults and teens, and a new fitness class. The new Beginning 8-12 year old class meets on Monday and Wednesday from 4:15 to 5:15. The Beginning Teen & Adult class is on Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Also added on Friday are Beginning 8-12, Teen, and Adult classes which allow for more flexibility in scheduling and an additional day of fencing.
The new fitness class is called Get Fit With Fencing and is offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30 am and is designed for adults and teens who want to get in shape. According to Coach Jacques the class will utilize basic fencing actions with an emphasis on fun and movement.
